- See children approximately every 2 months to monitor
how medications are working.
- See adults every 3 months to monitor medications
- People who have medication changes or receive shots
see the nurse in between doctor's appointments to get update on how medication
change is working.
- Medication pick-up (for people who are indigent or
unable to pay for medications).
- Patient Assistance Program - Medication
assistance program is available for clients who qualify based on income and
medical necessity.
